I ordered a refrigerator on Saturday, which I paid by bank transfer and I was supposed to receive it today. In the morning I received an sms that the delivery will be made today, on Nov 29, 2023, I stayed at home all day, missed work and didn't receive anything. I called about 10 times to the number from which the sms was sent, of course no one answered. You didn't even bother to announce, to send an sms. We called twice to the phone number shown on the website, after 30 minutes we were answered in a rude manner and were told that they will come tomorrow, probably. Gross lack of professionalism! You don't even have the good sense to announce! I do not recommend anyone to buy with the card. If we don't pay in advance, maybe you can try to arrive when you set and treat us properly. Under these conditions, I will report to the OPC.
